I’m still waiting on the replacement, there hasn’t been much real help, so far. The whole thing has been frustrating, and I expected it to be handled a lot better.

I was about to place an order, but the shipping fee was sorta way higher than I expected. It made the total cost feel not really worth it for me...

I tried using the site for a bit, but it got annoying. The pages felt slow, the menus weren’t very clear, and I ended up clicking around way too much just to find basic information. Checkout confused me too, so I eventually just gave up. It kind of feels like maybe nobody has really tested it from a regular customer’s point of view, but who knows. Either way, it needs to be a lot easier to use.

I am still waiting for my order to arrive, it has been really frustrating. I knew international shipping might take a bit, but this feels way too long. Not happy with the experience so far.

The book was fine overall, but the gifts didn’t really seem to connect with the story. Some of them felt a bit random, like they were just thrown in there, and it kind of took me out of it.

My box showed up late, and getting a reply to my emails took days. What annoyed me most was the vague promises, like they kept saying it would be handled soon but never gave a clear timeline. It just felt frustrating not knowing what was actually going on...

The delivery date kept getting pushed back, and the updates didn’t really explain what was going on. I get that delays happen, but not knowing what to expect made it way more stressful. Next time, I’d make sure I have a backup plan instead of depending on the timeline they give

So my box showed up and yeah, it was missing some of the stuff that was supposed to be in there, which was basically the whole reason I ordered it. I had to reach out to support, and they took forever to get back to me. it kinda felt like nobody even checked the box before sending it out.

I tried to change/cancel my subscription, but the account page was confusing, so it took longer than expected. Because I couldn’t get it sorted in time, I ended up getting billed again. That made the whole thing feel frustrating, it wasn’t worth the hassle for me.

I was excited to open this, but the box kind of gave everything away before I even got to the good part. The little hints made it way too easy to guess what was inside, and by the time I opened the gifts, I was like, oh yeah, that’s exactly what I thought it would be. I had made a coffee and everything thinking it’d be a fun little moment, but it just felt kind of flat. Not terrible, just not the wow surprise I was hoping for...

Just a warning for anyone thinking about buying this—the presentation was disappointing. The box looked kind of cheap, and it didn’t give a good first impression at all.

I really wanted to enjoy Once Upon a Book Club, but the genres just didn’t land for me 😕 The themes felt a little random, not really what I thought I was signing up for.

I usually like darker, more adult reads with a bit more depth, and this felt way too light for my taste. The book choice was just kind of meh for me.
The gift concept is super cute, and I can see why people love it, but if the story or theme isn’t your thing, the whole experience falls flat. Sadly, this one just wasn’t for me.

The product/order itself wasn’t even the main problem for me, it was dealing with customer service. I had an issue and figured one email would probably clear it up, but it turned into this whole waiting game.
I emailed them and then waited a few days just to get a reply that didn’t really answer what I asked. The messages felt kind of rushed, and maybe I didn’t explain it perfectly either, but I still ended up having to repeat myself, which was annoying.

Maybe other people get faster help, so I don’t want to say the whole company is bad or anything. But based on my experience, it was way too slow and stressful, and I probably wouldn’t order again unless their support gets better.

For what this thing costs, the packaging should be way better. It felt like the box couldn’t survive normal shipping, which is crappy. Super disappointing.
